Important: Our restaurant is not AIC certified.
However, all the staff is trained on the subject, and we also take special precautions, such as using colorful dishes to differentiate gluten-free dishes and having separate buffet areas (with appropriate signage).
We dedicate our utmost effort and attention to accommodating those with food intolerances, despite not having AIC certification.
Good gluten-free dishes, as delicious as traditional ones, and meticulous attention to avoid contaminations (for example, gluten-free dishes are served on colored plates)—this is what we promise to people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
An expert chef is entirely dedicated to preparing tasty first and second courses—including piadina, fried fish, and cutlets—fragrant cakes and homemade desserts (gluten-free) so that you won’t miss a thing!
