What are the meal times?
Entrance to the dining hall is allowed:
for breakfast from 8 to 9:30 a.m., for lunch from 1 to 2 p.m., and for dinner from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m;
Are meals served at the table or buffet style?
Meals are served at the table (with choice menu compiled the night before), while you can access the buffet for appetizers, salad and vegetables, and for breakfast;
Is it possible to have packet-lunch in place of or in addition to the meal?
Certainly, by prior arrangement with reception and restaurant staff;
Do you offer laundry service?
No but there is a laundromat a few meters from the hotel
Do you provide beach towels?
No. However, it is possible to purchase the hotel’s logoed towels.
Are coffee and alcohol included in the all inclusive formula?
No. However, it is possible to choose the all inclusive plus formula which also includes a range of alcoholic drinks at the bar and coffee;
Is it possible to reserve the first row at the beach?
Yes, by prior arrangement with the Lifeguard (extra charge to be paid directly at the beach);
Does the all-inclusive include drinks on the beach?
No, these must be paid directly to the Lifeguard;
To use the bicycles, is a reservation required?
No, bicycles are available free of charge (subject to availability)

Do you offer baby food service for infants?
Yes, our chefs will provide baby food upon request and direction from the mother;
Are booster seats/chair lifts available in the dining room?
Certainly
Are there strollers available?
Certainly, they are available free of charge while supplies last.
Are meal times flexible for children?
Yes, it is possible to have children eat 20 to 30 minutes before the hall opens, by prior arrangement with the hall staff;
Is there a charge for the entertainment service?
No;
Do you offer Babysitting service?
Yes, during mealtimes, we have a “Nanny” who takes care of the babies (even the youngest ones), letting them play in the nursery;
In case of need, do you have a trusted doctor?
Yes we have both a pediatrician and a general practitioner (paid service);
Deposi
In case of cancellation, is the deposit returned?
If cancellation is made before 30 days of arrival the deposit will be returned, however, in case of cancellation up to 20 days the deposit can be used for a subsequent stay (subject to availability)
How does the Insurance work?
You can take it out independently from the Allianz bunner on the home page of our website. Cost and coverage are at the customer’s discretion

We have covered parking behind the hotel and uncovered parking a short walk from our hotel;
