An experienced chef dedicates himself exclusively to the preparation of gluten-free and lactose-free menus, which are good and similar to the traditional ones. For example: first courses, piadina, fried fish, cutlets, cakes, homemade desserts, and even packed lunches with gluten-free bread, cold cuts, and cheeses. The wait staff is also prepared to offer a completely safe service, made more cheerful thanks to the use of different coloured plates.

And for other food intolerances or vegetarian menus, no problem: just advise us at time of booking and we will offer you a personalized proposal.

What are the meal times?

Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am, lunch from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and dinner from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

In the half board treatment can you change lunch to dinner?

Yes, you can replace lunch with dinner by telling it the wait staff the day before.

Are the meals served at the table or from buffet?

Lunch and dinner are served at the table, with a menu of your choice filled out the previous evening. Starter, vegetables and breakfast, are available at the buffet.

Do you have an AIC certification (Italian Celiac Association for gluten-free food and safety)?

We don’t have a certification, but we guarantee a no-risk cuisine, with a dedicated expert chef and carefully trained wait staff. Here you find gluten-free menus and, in general, for other food intolerances, as good as the traditional ones. We only ask you to notify us at the time of booking, in order to be able to better customize the proposal.
